Warranty coverage

Foundry Humanoid is covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal supervised home use, for one year from the confirmed delivery date recorded on your Foundry account. This warranty covers the humanoid unit and the included charging dock.

F5 orders include extended service coverage as described on the F5 model page. Extended coverage does not change the terms below; it changes only the covered period.

• Damage caused by unsupervised operation outside supported environments.
• Damage from outdoor use, wet environments or immersion in liquid.
• Damage from unauthorised modification of hardware or firmware.
• Cosmetic wear from normal use.
• Consumable parts identified in the quick start guide.
• Third-party accessories or integrations not supplied by Foundry.

Please inspect your Foundry Humanoid on arrival. Damage in transit or a defective on-arrival unit should be reported from your Foundry account within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. See Shipping and delivery and Refunds and returns.

Sign in to your Foundry account, open the affected order and start a warranty conversation with support. Please include a short description of the issue and any relevant photographs. Support may ask for additional diagnostic information to triage the claim.

Approved warranty resolutions are provided at Foundry's discretion by repair, replacement or refund, in a manner consistent with your statutory rights.

This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you have under applicable law. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits those rights.
