Refunds and returns

You may cancel your Foundry preorder at any time before your order enters delivery preparation. Cancellations are opened from your Foundry account under the order's details page. Once an order enters delivery preparation we can no longer cancel it, and the return process below applies instead.

Approved cancellations release the amount paid at checkout back to the original payment method. No remaining product balance is owed because Foundry preorders are charged the early access price in full at checkout.

Foundry Humanoid preorders are offered at early access pricing that is fixed at the time of checkout. There is no remaining product balance owed after checkout, no additional invoice after delivery, and no surcharge for order preparation.

Early access pricing is limited by availability and by model. If a preorder is cancelled and later re-placed, the price will be the price displayed at the time of the new order.

You may request a return of a delivered Foundry Humanoid within one calendar year of the confirmed delivery date recorded on your Foundry account. Requests opened after that window will not be accepted for a full refund.

Returns must be requested from your Foundry account before shipping any product back. Unapproved returns cannot be tracked, refunded or reunited with your order.

Returned units must be in complete working condition, free of physical damage caused after delivery, and returned with the original charging dock, quick start guide and any tier-specific included items listed on the model's page. Items showing damage from unsupervised operation outside supported environments, wet environments or outdoor use are not eligible for full refund.

Ship returns in the original packaging when available. If original packaging is not available, please contact support before shipping so we can share safe packaging guidance for your model.

In regions where Foundry directly supports the return path, Foundry covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Support will confirm the exact supported carrier and prepaid label at the time the return is approved.

In regions where Foundry does not directly support the return path, you may be asked to ship the return using a carrier we can confirm. In this case, support will confirm what portion of the return shipping cost Foundry can reimburse.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at Foundry checkout within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected, or within 10 business days of an approved cancellation before delivery preparation.

Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement. Foundry does not control the payment provider's internal timing.

Please inspect your Foundry Humanoid at delivery. If the unit arrives damaged in transit or is defective on first power-on, report the issue from your Foundry account within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Photographs of the outer packaging and the unit help support triage.

Damaged or defective units are resolved through replacement, repair, or refund at Foundry's discretion in line with the coverage described in your warranty.

Sign in to your Foundry account, open the affected order, and choose the refund or return option that matches your situation. You may also email support@foundryhumanoid.com from the account email used at checkout and include your order number.
