By placing an order or using your Foundry account, you agree to these terms. These terms apply alongside our Privacy policy, Shipping and delivery, Refunds and returns and Warranty coverage. If any term conflicts with a policy referenced above, that policy governs on the subject it covers.

Section 2

Section 3

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices and availability are shown on the product pages and at checkout. Early access pricing is fixed at checkout and is charged in full at that time. There is no remaining product balance owed after checkout.

Foundry may correct pricing errors. If a material error is discovered after checkout, Foundry will contact you from your account to confirm the corrected price or issue a full refund.

Section 4

Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

Shipping, delivery timing and address change rules are governed by Shipping and delivery. Risk of loss passes to you at confirmed delivery.

Section 6

Warranty

Warranty coverage, the manufacturer's limited warranty period and what is not covered are set out in Warranty coverage.

Section 7

Product use and supervision

Foundry Humanoid is a supervised home assistance product. Kitchen use requires supervision around heat and sharp items. The product is not intended for outdoor or wet environments. Foundry Humanoid receives software updates over time. Some capabilities and refinements described on the product pages arrive through updates. Update availability may vary by model and by region.

Violations may void warranty and, where relevant, terminate account access to connected services.
