Foundry collects the minimum information needed to sell and deliver Foundry Humanoid, operate your Foundry account, respond to support requests and maintain the product in your home. We do not sell personal information. Your Foundry account only exposes data that your authenticated identity or verified secondary emails are entitled to see.

• Account information: the email address you sign in with, and any secondary emails you verify to link additional orders. Optionally your name if you provide one.
• Order information: order number, contents, price, region, payment status, fulfilment status, tracking, and original and current estimated delivery.
• Support information: content you send us through support conversations, and information you attach to a ticket.
• Product operation: information the product needs to operate safely in your home under your supervision, and diagnostic information that helps us maintain and improve the product.
• Site usage: standard access logs when you visit the website.

• To take and fulfil your Foundry order.
• To operate your Foundry account and match orders to your identity.
• To respond to your support conversations.
• To maintain, secure and improve the Foundry Humanoid product and website.
• To comply with applicable law.

Foundry stores account, order and support data on managed infrastructure behind row-level authorisation. Your account only exposes rows your authenticated identity or verified secondary emails are entitled to see. Support tickets are private to your account and the assigned Foundry responder.

Access to production data by Foundry personnel is limited to the minimum needed to operate the service and respond to support.

We share information only with providers who help us run the service under agreements that constrain how they may use it. This includes payment and checkout processing, carrier delivery, email delivery and cloud infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of people and property.

Order and account information are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required for accounting, tax, warranty and safety records after that. Support content is kept for the period reasonably needed to maintain the history of your account.

• You can update your Foundry account profile from the account area.
• You can add or remove verified secondary emails.
• You can request a copy or deletion of personal information by contacting support@foundryhumanoid.com from your account email. Some information must be retained for accounting, tax, warranty or safety reasons; we will explain what applies to your case.

We use cookies and similar technologies only to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Foundry Humanoid is intended for use in a home with adult supervision. Foundry accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required in your jurisdiction to give consent.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the product, our services or applicable law. The effective date is at the top of this page.
