Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for production, fulfillment, or shipment based on the applicable product timeline.

2. Delivery timing
Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are shown at checkout, in order communications, or on applicable product pages. These estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, inventory, carrier capacity, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

3. Shipping regions
We currently ship only to supported regions shown at checkout. If we cannot ship to your location after purchase, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancellation.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout.

5. Delivery requirements
Some deliveries may require signature confirmation, appointment scheduling, or additional access coordination. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure that someone is available if required.

6. Delays and failed delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply if a shipment is returned to us or requires re-delivery because of an incorrect address or missed delivery appointment.

7. Inspection on arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@foundryhumanoid.com
