Refund policy

At Foundry Humanoid, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If you are not satisfied with your Foundry product, you may request a return within 1 year of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.

1. Early adopter reservation pricing
Foundry is currently available through an Early Adopter Reservation Program before full public launch. Early adopters can reserve their selected Foundry model at special early access pricing.

Foundry F1: $99 reservation price
Expected public launch price: $999

Foundry F2: $199 reservation price
Expected public launch price: $1,999

Foundry F3: $299 reservation price
Expected public launch price: $2,999

Foundry F4: $399 reservation price
Expected public launch price: $3,999

Foundry F5: $499 reservation price
Expected public launch price: $4,999

Once you reserve your selected model, your early adopter reservation price is locked for that model, subject to these terms.

2. No remaining balance
There is no remaining balance due after checkout for the early adopter reservation price shown at the time of purchase. Your reservation payment secures your selected Foundry model under the current early access offer.

3. 1-year product refund policy
Each Foundry product is refundable for up to 1 year from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned with its charger, dock, and included accessories.

4. Condition of returned items
We accept returns of products used under normal household conditions. We may reduce or deny a refund only where there is intentional damage, misuse, missing major components, or damage caused by unauthorized modification.

5. How to request a return
To start a return, contact us at support@foundryhumanoid.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you the next steps, including return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label or pickup process.

6. Return shipping
For Foundry robots returned from supported shipping regions, return shipping is free unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a product is returned from an unsupported region, additional return shipping charges may apply.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the order. Approved refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after inspection.

8. Cancellations before delivery
You may cancel your reservation before delivery preparation begins. If you cancel before delivery preparation or shipment, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

9. Non-returnable items
Gift cards, personalized items, consumables, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

10. Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@foundryhumanoid.com. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

11. Early access terms
Foundry’s early adopter pricing is offered before full public launch in exchange for helping Foundry gather real-world product feedback, usage insights, and early customer validation. Delivery timelines may vary based on production scheduling, model availability, supported shipping regions, and rollout priorities.
